I am starting to feel a lot better after surgery in the last few days and was getting all antsy lately about working out. Therefore, I started working out again tonite. We’ll see how my butt feels later to judge if it was too soon, but at the moment I am feeling pretty darn good. Endorphins! Endorphins!

I heard on the vomitus podcast 21 that there was a clip floating on Youtube about Fred Rogers testifying before senate in 1969 to secure funding for public television. This is probably why our generation is so screwy. It sure didn’t help us be more creative… or if it did, MTV later in life undid that. Honestly, I swear our most impressionable years are when we are in our teens vs. when we are crying vegetables of kids being hypnotized by Sesame Street and the Ninja Turtles…
