I was really bad over the last two weeks recording my mileage, but I did bike quite a bit. It was just a crazy busy time with work, painting, and such. I’ll be better about it.
I’m starting this record on Sunday since I normally don’t bike on Sundays, but did this week. Yay for me.
Sunday: 62:15 minutes, 15.65 miles, 612 calories, Watched Season 2 of Weeds
Monday: 60:05 minutes, 16.01 miles, 645 calories, Finished Season 2 of Weeds (also did 200 reps on the total gym in various sets of 20)
Tuesday: 60:30 minute, 15.25 miles, 571 calories, Watched Legends of the Fall. Did a bunch of reps on the total gym.. didn’t keep track
Totals: 122 minutes, 21 miles, 1257 calories
