I have been kicking ass and I feel a lot better. So I am going to try to continue biking daily. This week, similar to last, there isn’t much going on, so it will be a good little self-disipline challange. So far so good.
Sunday 5/27 – 22:36 miles, 62:52 minutes, 823 calories – Finished Zodiac
Monday 5/28 – 21.37 miles, 61:05 minutes, 783 calories – Started Full Metal Jacket and burned off a hamburger or two and some potato chips.
Friday 5/30 – 15.94 miles, 46:42 minutes, 584 calories
Saturday 5/31 : 13.95, 37:32 minutes, 511 calories – Too nice of a day to be in biking. cut it short.
Week Totals : 76.32 miles, 207 minutes, 2701 calories
