I took a bit of a break from it. It was turning into a bit of a headache. I couldn't get the molds right with the undercuts and kept breaking the test casts. Then I discovered that the shape I was using wasn't 100% and would cause the bricks to not fit perfectly together even if I got the molds to work. So, I started from scratch and did all the design in the computer (previously was just using paper and pencil). I think I have a base shape that works perfectly and am probably going to send it off to a 3d printer to have an original made to make the molds from. I'll worry about this next summer since winter is approaching. Thanks for your interest!

Did you ever get the sidewalk/driveway finished with the Escher tiles? I'm curious to see the finished product and could not find it in the later archives of your blog.
