Thanks for the heads up. I was looking at possibly purchasing a property as an investment and had heard of people getting great deals on foreclosures so I thought I would look for one. It is so hard to tell who is legit and who isn’t.

I very much enjoyed your site, you helped me get a cancelaion on that HUD Forclosed and I thank you for that.
Just wish there was some way to get my money back. OH well. Thanks for having a very informative and helpful site. I really needed it.
