Dec 10 - 16th : Workout Log
After meeting with the surgeon on Monday and finding out that my surgery is moved back to the 28th, I decided now is a good time to get my butt in shape again. I know I have said this before, but I am actually doing pretty well. This is not the alpha by any means. However, last Feb/March when I was making a more orchestrated effort, I was doing a far better job tracking my progress. So I am going to try to start doing that again. The game plan is to have a separate post for each week (which will only be a few entries until the surgery and then probably a long hiatus until I am healed). My goal is to ride the bike 60 minutes each session and squeeze in 4 sessions per week. That should give me 4 hours on the bike per week, 2000 calories burt, and 60 miles ridden. Word.
