Workout Log - Week of 4/13
Last week got a wee bit busy and, although I started off pretty well, I didn’t do so much exercising after Tuesday. It didn’t help I suppose that I screwed up my shoulder last Tuesday at the Converge concert… damn hardcore kid mosh pits.
Sunday : 517 calories, 60:22 minutes, 14.12 miles, Edited the podcast while biking.
