Adam came and took his total gym thing… so now I need to figure out some new way to weight train. boooo.

Sunday: 61:47 minutes, 13.81 miles 505 calories, Watched Beast Master on netflix - you get to see Midge’s (from that 70s show) boobles … rock
Tuesday: 62:13 minutes, 15.01 miles, 550 calories, read about the physics behind micro phones and wind power.
Wednesday : 60:18 minutes, 13.97 miles , 512 calories - edited the podcast while on the bike.

Totals:  183 minutes, 43 mile, 1567 calories
