Workout Log Week of 6/29

Over the weekend, I did a ton of yard stuff including up and down the ladder to hang gutters. It was pretty damn good exercise. I am digging this whole yardwork thing.

Monday 6/30 : 22 miles, 66 minutes, 810 minutes
Tuesday 7/1: 14.37 miles, 526 minutes, 48 minutes
